Hello Cathy,
Upon your receipt of the JFW 3.0 you should have received a print manual, a
quick reference card for the JFW program in braille, and all disk that were
used for the installation. Total number of disk should have been I think was
6.
If you don't have all of these things, you should contact the agency (VR) to
find out why these things were not given to you. If they cannot answer them,
find out the name of the dealer that the agency purchased your copy of JFW
from and see if he could help you obtain a copy of the missing items.
Because you did an upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2, all you would have and should
have received was a CD ROM disk and a cassette tape. Only first time/new
users of JFW would have gotten all of the above mentioned items with their
JFW 3.2.
I hope this info is all correct to my knowledge and that it will help you in
getting on the right track.
