Somehow I missed the original message in this thread. Was it from before
Monday morning US time? Anyway, I used the Dvorak keyboard option in the
language section of keyboard properties in Control Panel. Is there another
method?

The only problem I had was in writing JFW scripts. If I wanted to press a
key, I had to
write down the qwerty name for the key that now typed the character I
needed.  For example, if I wanted to press {Alt+w} I had to code {alt+comma}
since the w character is on the comma key. This led to problems in creating
scripts I wanted to send to others, and didn't seem to always invoke the
function I wanted anyway.

If JFW could be made to honor the keyboard layout in effect, this would be
great.
