Hi.
After you've finished reinstalling microsoft internet explorer it
asks you to close all programs.
I then go in to the task bar and see what tasks are running and
attempt to close them all.
now the only tasks that are running are jaws and the internet
explorer installer program, but I close jaws and then get sighted
assistance.
After closing jaws I then return to the internet explorer installer
program and the sighted person clicks ok to "finish" off the
instalation.
Then we get an error that internet explorer was unable to close all
programs.
I don't understand this. I've closed all the programs I can. What's
going on?
