try doing this!

1 open the jfw configuration manager.
2 press ctrl shift d.
3 go to set options, advanced options
4 make sure the "use dos screenreader for dos windows" option is checked.
5 click on ok
6 press ctrl-s

7 edit your autoexec.bat so that your dos screenreader loads.
note that loading a dos screenreader in windows is perfectly ok, it does
not conflict with any windows applications and it will not conflict with
jfw.
Now, you must try to make the virus alarm go off and see if the dos message
is read by your dos screenreader.
if that doesn't work, then I'm afraid you're out of luck until the lazy old
bums at hj stop vegitating and do their work! and I make no appology for
saying this!
good luck!
