I recently downloaded and installed the patch to upgrade my JFW 3.20.09 to 3.20.31.

 

I am now finding that Jaws is not reading long messages such as the Insert H help correctly.

 

It appears to be ignoring line breaks and even worse, it starts to spell out the lines after it has read about two thirds of the message. This also occurs when paging through e-mails in Outlook Express.

 

Can anyone help?
