I wouldn't call it a problem, but Internet Explorer certainly seems to
behave differently and not always speak right away when a page is
loaded. Also, again I'm not sure it's a problem, but the cursor
positioning seems different when moving between web pages, more on the
in and out movement than the vertical kind.
