The way I found to remove the toolbar was to go to the taskbar and route
jaws to pc and press the end key then press insert-s to set the jaws to
speak all. Now using the numpad-4 (left arrow) move one space at a time and
listen to what jaws speaks. Move to the left until you feel that you are in
an area of the taskbar that has nothing and click the right mouse button (*
key on the numpad) It should bring up a context menu and now go to the pc
cursor you should be at the toolbar sub menu. Press the right arrow and now
down arrow to desktop and press enter and the toolbar should be gone.
