David, My fault, sorry about that... As soon as I sent the message I realized that I had forgotten to change the subject and I resent it with a correct subject later. Generally I am quite careful about the subject line and also important, reducing the copied reply text to a minimum. Edited down to reduce size but leaving enough to understand the conversation. I wish everyone would try to do that as there is an incredible amount of redundant info flying around.
