if it's the icons on the bottom right of the screen you want to read try the
following:
(1) Hold down the Windows key and hit the tab to get to the task bar. Do an
Insert-V and select all graphics. Press enter.
(2) Go to the JAWS cursor, select all with insert-S, pagedown to botttom of
window. Do an End to get to end of line.
(3) Insert left arrow to read the icons from right to left.
