taskbar

Hi james here have a problemm. Lately, after turning on my computer pentium
120 with windows 95, using jfw 3.2 with the latest patch, after coming up
jaws says destop list view my computer 1 ove 25 then it says taskbar, why
is windows staying in taskbar instead ove the desktop, how can I fix this.
