I'm not familiar with JFw3.00.83 to say if there is a way to fix this problem of the DoubleTalk losing it's settings while arrowing or other-wise moving around quite fast. This can and does cause the DoubleTalk to act like it's drunk. The following outlined steps should help fix this problem in JFW3.209, JFW3.2019, & JFW3.2031. Again I must stress that I haven't tried the DoubleTalk LT, so I don't have any information as to whether it has this same problem, as well as if the following steps will fix it. 1. Hit insert-6. 2. Hit CTRL-SHIFT-D to load the Default.JCF file. 3. Hit ALT-S followed by the letter s, or up-arrow to the synthesizer Options choice. 4. Tab over until you get to the reset frequency and change it from 2000 to 0. 5. Press enter. 6. Press CTRL-s to save the new configuration file. 7. Hit ALT-F4 to get out and back to your application. The above steps will set this frequency on a global level. So unless you've deliberately saved the old reset frequency on a local level, you shouldn't have any problems.
