ati rage pro turbo agp graphics card and win 98

Is anyone using the ati rage pro turbo agp graphics card with win98?  If so,
how did you get it to work?

I am getting a gpf in osm16.dll.  Went to the HJ site and found info on the
ati rage cards but only for win95.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
