task bar not reading propperly

Just wondering if anybody can help me with this one?  I've only been using
jfw for about 3 weeks now and was having a problem with the task bar.
Mostly it reads fine but sometimes if jaws is the only active program it
says the task bar is blank if I try to move around it.

Is this normal?
