Bryan,
I ehlped a friend of mine set up a Maltron keyboard (for use with one
hand) in conjunction with JAWS. I had no trouble getting it to work. I
think we may have played with the Insert Key functions in the configuration
manager, but nothing drastic.
For starters, you could go to the Electronic Visual Aid Systems home
page, where there are links to information on several adaptive keyboards.
