Is it possible that your DOS window is minimized? If so, you'll get that
"There is nothing with focus" message". Try alt-tabbing to the DOS prompt,
and then press alt-enter to expand the window.

Apparently the msdos prompt is not really closed down, because if I attempt
to shut down windows, I get the improper shutdown message, and I have to run
norton disk doctor again. When in windows, and I go to the task bar, I can
arrow through jaws, and I get the msdos prompt on there also, which
indicates it is not closed. but I can't get into there to close it. It
tells me to press tab end or something like that, so the only way I can get
it to close is to tab until I her!
