Hi,

I use a program called (Jot+notes). It works pretty well with Jaws. Of
corse there are no scripts as far as I know, but except for a couple of
places in the dialog boxes where you have to use the Jaws cursor, it works
well. It is generally described as the win95 replacement for win3.1f card
file. It does have much more potential then card file ever had.

What I like about it is this. The program runs in two pains. In the left
pain you can build a tree like structure by creating a main folder and then
entering note titles into it. You can open and close these folders with
the right and left arrow keys just as you do in help files. When you
highlight a note title in the left pain, you can use shift tab to move
over to the right pain and if Jaws is set to read highlighted text, it will
read the note for you. Of course you can read one line at a time just as
in any word processor.

I went through the little tutorial they provided with the program and was
able to complete everything in the tutorial using Jaws 3.2, with no patches.

You can retrieve this program at the following url.:

The program is called:

JOT 2.01 :

The program is listed as shareware, and has a thirty day trial period.
Regustration is $20.00.

Hope this helps.
