Merging Scripts

I have just downloaded the JFW 3.02.31 patch and the modified JFW default
scripts (default.jss from 9/98), and I have made a backup of my existing
scripts.  Do I just copy the new version into
\jfw32\settings\enu\default.jss?  Is there a fairly painless way to add in
any of my own scripts which I had added to the earlier version of
default.jss?
