Try a different shift, Insert, or arrow key. I have seen several
situations where exactly one combination won't work and all others will.
Since there are two of each key, there are eight possible combinations.
An example: On one of the machines at the computer lab where I teach, you
can't get the command to work by using the left shift, the six-pack
insert, and the non-numpad down arrow (I think that's the right combo).
On other machines, other combinations fail. This does not seem to be a
JAWS problem so much as a keyboard limitation--i.e., switching keyboards
does, I believe, fix (or at least change) the problem.
