Can anyone tell me how to read through the 13 steps to investing on the page

without picking up a whole lot of intermixed stuff? It is a page with
columns, and I have tried control+leftarrow, control+rightarrow,
control+downarrow. I don't have Power Toys in order to open the frame in a
new window. I did get the column to read once, so I know it can be
done--but I'll be blessed if I can do it again!!
Also. How do I find 'save as target???'
