Actually, the real "Palm Pilot" from 3Com runs a proprietary operating
system called Palm OS. It is not Windows.
Some small, hand-held devices use Windows CE, a stripped won version of
Windows. I know of no screen review program for Windows CE, and don't thonk
most of the devices using it have the resources or capabilities to run a
screen review program. However, I do know that this is something that
people are working on. Future versions of Windows CE will have additional
capabilities, and the hardware will get more powerful.
