Goast words

Hi all, I am useing JFW version 3,2 and sometimes in email or in MS word I
will get strange words in my typed text.I have no idea where in the world
they come from.Even if I type at a slow rate they can show up.
Other than the fact that maybe my computer is haunted might someone have a
ideaor two.
For some reason I am in the dark on this one.
