I don't know the best way, but I do know
one.
Go to the first line of the
message you wish to send. arrow up one line.
Select all above information by shift+page up or 9 on the
numpad until you get to the top of your message.
Then delete the selected material with control+x
The remainder should be the
material you wish to send without all those headers.
I find this to be a considerate process when sending messages
to others, when the message you got in the first place has several screen fulls
of headers. I even consider it to be polite when someone removes all that
stuff, which I am not interested in in the first place, and it saves me time in
getting to the heart of the message without enduring all the header unwanted
information.
