Hello,
I am not sure if this is true with version 3.06 but with Eudora 4 .1 you
need to go into tools, options and in the viewing mail section uncheck the
box that says use microsoft mail viewer. I found that when this option is
checked it will not let jaws read while scrolling through the message. It
will also not let you use the arrow keys to move line by line.
