I visited your web site and clicked on the forms for jfw link.
It would not give me a description of any of the forms there.
It instructed me to download a bunch of stuff.
Then I went to the opening pa link and it downloaded a bunch of stuff, but
then gave me an error. It said it was a script error.
You could be more helpful by doing a couple of things.
1. Describe in detail, using an email message to me, the forms which are
available. For instance are those forms useable in using plain text
entries?
2. Placing your address for the web site on a single line will make it
easier for readers of your message to copy and paste it into an address
field.
