Scott, My apologies to you and anyone else who may have tried to follow my instructions. I neglected to add the word Shift in the key stroke sequence for setting a frame. Here follows are modified, and I hope completely correct frame creation instructions for the enlarged clock. The new frame is being created just in a portion of the task bar. Actually it is being put around a small window in the task bar. The task bar itself should be kept it's default size, it does not need to be bigger and there are no appearances changes that need to be made. Anyway, these frame creation instructions are for JAWS 3.0083 but I suspect 3.2 is the same: Go to the JAWS cursor and position it at the left edge of the newly elongated clock display. You may find it easiest to do this by opening the start menu and then pressing escape to get to the start button on the task bar. Then, make sure restriction is off JAWS cursor with INSERT+R Route JAWS cursor to PC cursor by pressing INSERT+MINUS Press end to send the JAWS cursor to the far right of the screen. press CONTROL+SHIFT+RIGHT BRACKET to set the right side of the new frame Turn restriction on for the JAWS cursor Press home press CONTROL+SHIFT+LEFT BRACKET to set the Left side of the new frame This will automatically open Frame manager. Give the new frame a name, perhaps TclockTaskbar Tab through the dialog box At 'Synopsis' type in something like "New frame for task bar clock". You could also mention what hot key you plan to use. At 'Description' type the same thing The 'Echo' radio button should be Hot Key only At the 'Save in Frame File' radio buttons check the default setting. This will tell Jaws to save the frame in the default frame file so it is always available At the 'assign to' field, press the hot key command you want to use. If you press INSERT+F12 you will be informed that key stroke is in use and that saving this change will replace the old one. That is fine, or you can use any other key stroke. The installable I downloaded was for version 1.2.1: tclock121.exe However it is possible that there is a later version now so if you need to search I might try just the word tclock to see what comes up.
