Hi all.
As a new user of jfw I am wondering how common it is for dialogue boxes to
remain silent except for buttons which might appear. IE, I am only
informed that an ok button is on the screen after haws voices the word
dialogue. Of course I can use the insert-b keys to read the information in
the box but I would like a workaround to automatically read them.

Could you give me an example of a dialog box you are having trouble using?
There are several reasons JFW may not be recognizing all of the buttons.
First, the labels for the buttons could be in unusual places. Also, JFW will
simply skip over buttons that are "grayed" unavailable.
It takes a bit of getting used to, but the best way to review a dialog box
that you think is being misread is to route the JAWS Cursor to the PC Cursor
and review the screen.
However, if you will give me an example and some specifics, I will try to
answer the question more thoroughly.
