Yes, the 3.5 update pro does work with Eudora light 3.3.
I know because some time back, about eight months ago, I purchased 3.5 from
Qualtcom on the net.
They had me down load Eudora light, 3.3, and then they gave me a special
number which allowed me to upload Eudora update 3.5.
I have been running the combo ever since.
