Bring up the jaws configuration manager.  Load the JFW default file under
the file menu (ctrl-shift-d). Look under settings (alt-s).  Select advanced
options.  You can set JFW32 to read in a dos window by making sure that the
use msdos screen reader option is unchecked.  Then exit the configuration
manager.  You will be asked if you wish to save changes if you have made
any.  Press y and your done.  When you open your dos window (msdos prompt),
set JFW to read all with insert-s.
