Hi Lewis, don't worry, I needed help only about a month ago with Eudora
myself but I suggest that you don't have windows split.  Also, make sure
that the Microsoft Viewer is unchecked in the View selection in Tools
Options.  Also, I would turn the Preview Pane off as well although it might
work for you.  Hope this helps.
