Stating the obvious in this case sounds like a sincere way of saying "What
do you want me to do about it?" Again, it would be better to say, "No the
product can't do that right now. It will be fixed sometime during the next
three revisions." In the latter case, I, as the customer, know exactly
where I stand and don't feel like the tech support person thinks I'm an idiot.
