Today I sent my frames for ICQ to Kevin Jones for incorporation into
the recently developed ICQ scripts. Turning say all on for ICQ can
result in a lot of unnecessary and unwanted speech, so using frames is
desirable. I offered to help anyone interested to set frames in ICQ
and I will still help if necessary, but it would probably be better to
just download and install the ICQ scripts once they are available.
