We are using JFW 3.20.19. We don't get doublespeaking anywhere else; the speech is of course set for highlighted. I tried to use adapter defaults in the video display with no better results. We have 256 colour set and the screen 600 by 800. I was not present at the install so don't know if JFW Dr. Jaws had any concerns about the video card being used. There is no fancy wallpaper being used. I was indeed impressed with the Techy's skills at my customer's place of employment; he managed to get eloquence talking before windows loaded so that my customer could hear all the network Logan prompts; I had understood (never tried it) that the sound drivers didn't load before the network Logan thereby precluding a really effective "run JAWS first" when using software synthesisers.
