Hi Geoff.
Winfax pro ver 8.3 is certainly speech friendly and meets all your
requirements. I believe that version 9 has come out but I have not seen it
so I can't offer any comments. Like most Norton you can use the update
feature to get updates and patches so in that respect winnfax is a good buy.
