Walt, the windows hotkeys must contain either control+alt+letter, or
shift+alt+letter, or shift+ctrl+letter.  If you are using the
ctrl+alt+letter combination, you need only press the letter in the hotkey
frame, and windows puts the ctrl+alt infront of it.
