Rich, I haven't experienced the problem you described, and I also
don't work online, I prefer working offline, marking message headers,
retrieving bodies, then reading later. I also use Say All to do the
reading. If you were using the Insert+DownArrow, that might be what
it was so choppy and pausy. I believe I've experien ced that, which
is why I went to Say All.
