There is no PC cursor on the web. When a page first comes up it is
usually read by the invisible cursor. Use the JAWS cursor to read the
page. Then when you hear the link you want, use the left mouse button
to click on it. You could also route PC to JAWS. Now when you tab
you'll be right in the area of the screen where you were reading, not
at the beginning of the page. You might have to shift tab since you
may have just passed the link.
