Their is a freeware program called Catch Up that does the same thing as Oil
Change does, only it does not automatically download and install software
to your computer. It is web-based, so using it is as easy as using your
browser!

There, you will find information about the program as well as a download
link. When you get there, use Alt f5 to reformat the page, for it is
frames-based.
