Hi Scott
In win 95/98 you go to the add/remove option in the control panel and
remove the rogram from the list then re-boot the system and add it back
into the system and i am told this will usually fix most problems.
Otherwise, you should do the same adbove, but not add it back in, but use
a clean up progam to totally remove the software in question then get it
off of the CD and add it into the system as a clean install of it.
I also heard if you just ut the cd into the drive and do a non harmful
install that this usually also fixes up anyproblems.
