Hi there,
I wonder if you are using the new sound blaster live, you don't say which
blaster cards you are talking about! and why you are using two, I no that
some times if you use a application that has the volume control in it like
the media player or even the microsoft players they have the volume control
so you can turn sound files up and down! these get reset each time you may
use them and you may even go on to the internet and play some g2 player
files this also has the volume control in it, this will turn the wave
sound up and down so that when you come back to using your software sinth,
this is turned down to far! its just one of those things that happen, you
will just have to go and turn them back up to resolve this problem! How
ever in the sound blaster live value, there is a check box that needs
checking to save settings on exiting the settings for the volume controls
and such, this has to be done to save them, I think that the first thing is
that if you use players of sound files then you may find that this is the
problem though!
