Hi, Tom.  I just had the Explorer cannot run in restricted mode when
installing JFW for NT on a Compaq Deskpro.  My Windows 95 system at work is
fine, but the NT installation I just mentioned had the Explorer problem.  I
did not get any kernel32 errors, however.  It might be some kind of vidio
problem, I have gotten some good suggestons here but I have not been able to
find the answer.
