Jfw Scripts and Ie5

First, 
My Insert q function still says Internet Explorer 4 settings. 
The ie5 scripts installed fine, or certainly seemed to. 
Is there a way I can make sure I'm running the right scripts? 
2.
When I installed Ie5, I noticed the traditional Explorer submenu didn't actually
include an entry for the browser, as if the main guy had somehow been rejected
by his up an coming siblings. Is this normal? 
Am I normal?
What's Normal anyway?
