Hi, in short, the answer to your questions is yes.  Netzero appears to have
local numbers in at least large, and many smaller citties.  When you
download the full version or get it on CD, it comes with its own browser and
e-mail program.  However, the program info says you can install and use any
browser and e-mail program you like.

    If your e-mail information is stored via netaddress.com via its web
site, installing internet explorer should be fine.

    The installation of the program worked fine for me with JFW 3.2.31, I
was able to create an account and dial my local access number.

    Please reply privately if you want more info on this program that is not
JFW related.
