Ie5 and the advanced internet options tree view

I'm baffled by the fact that at work, using Jfw 3.2.31, I can navigate the
tree view just fine. Jfw correctly reports which items are checked, and I can
set everything fine. 
At home, I don't hear which items are checked. 
I'm stumped by this one as far as I can tell, my settings are identical on both 
machines. 
Any ideas?
