I'm thinking about a new system here, a P3, 500mhz, the whole nine
yards. I'm just going to buy the motherboard, power supply and case
and transport everything else from my old system, which is already
pretty state-of-the-art in terms of SCSI controllers and drives, into
the new case. One item about which I have serious reservations is my
DECtalk-PC, which I use with JFD and 'W and another screen acess
product as well. I've heard and seen firsthand some real problems
with K6 chips and the DECtalk-PC. Does anybody know anything yet
about the P3's and the DTPC? Am I going to have to finally give up an
old friend?
