I may be wrong, but I suspect that they will be using Outlook 97 or 98
rather than Outlook Express. But, no matter, they are all accessible
with JFW. In fact, some people prefer Outlook 98 over Outlook Express
because it provides a system cursor when reading messages.
Outlook, IE and Schedule Plus all perform different functions,
although they do integrate together. Outlook is a mail reader; IE is
a web browser; and Schedule Plus is a calendar and event scheduler.
Regarding the key conflict with ICQ99, go to preferences in ICQ and
click the contact list tab. Next to the check box for
enabling/disabling hotkeys is an edit button. Click that button and
you can disable or change the hotkey definition in the dialog box that
pops up.
Note that the CTRL-SHIFT-R hotkey also conflicts with the "Reply to
All" hotkey in Outlook Express.
