Hi,
Well, whoever this tech person you talked to is rong because I puchased
dectalk access from hj and had to return it because it keept crashing every
application I used. They even gave me a support ticket number to work on
the problem but even though it is a good product, it has a serious problem
somewhere so you are not the only one.
