Hi, This is in reply to the person who tried to have a store sales person load JFW 3.2 on an HP 400 Pentium II. I recently purchased an HP Pavilion 350 mhz Pii machine and had the same exact problem. JFW spoke through the installation then gave me the blue screen of death upon restarting JFW. The problem turned out to be with the 32 bit video drivers that were factory installed. Check to see what video card you are using. While shopping for HP machines; I discovered that a lot of them are shipped with one of the ATI Rage Pro or ATI Rage CII AGP Video cards. HJ supplied me with the URL to download the correct 16 bit drivers for this card and I haven't had any problems since then. I believe that HJ has since put a link directly to some of these drivers on their Tech support pages. Otherwise I find the HP Pavilion series to be a good value for your dollar. - Visit the jfw ml web page: http://jfw.cjb.net
