I hope I understand your question. It sounds like you want to add an
address to your address book. When you are in O E, do shift-control-b.
That will put you in the address book. Do control-n, follow and tab through
the prompts. After you enter the email address, tab and then hit enter to
add the neww address. From there tab until you hear "ok" and enter. That
should do it.
