My video card is the ATI Rage2 PCI.  I have seen that problem on this system with IE 
4.01, and I have also observed it 
on other systems whose video cards I do not recall.  Anyhow, I think this problem runs 
across all, or at least many, of the 
different video cards.  Regards.
