Lost speech

Hi every one,
Today, after a few hours problem free working Jaws stoped speaking.
I uninstall some programmes, restarted the computer and run JAWS BUT, NO
SPEECH.
I checkedsynthisizer settings in JAWS configuration manager and checked
volume settings but, could not see anything wrong.
What do you think, the possible reason and solution for the problem are?
